POWERLIFTING:
Powerlifting is the barbell sport where the three BIG LIFTS are contested. The Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift allow the human body to lift immense loads. This is the sport for those looking to get strong. Powerlifting is VERY approachable for any athlete of every body type. Everyone can safely get started and see the gains that come from dedicated training.
TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Our team trains 3x to 4x a week.
Monday- 5:00pm & 6:30pm
Wednesday- 5:00pm & 6:30pm
Friday- 5:00pm & 6:30pm
Saturday- 9:00am & 11:00am
(Our Head Coach is available every weekday evening between 4:45pm and 8:20pm.)
Those looking to join who have experience should register for either the Gold or Silver monthly membership to have access to Team Programming and Team Training Sessions. Team members are expected to train 3x to 4x a week, and should prioritize Team Sessions.
NEW TO THE SPORT?
If you are new to the sport and would like to get started you must attend Our Weightlifting Orientation. These 3 Private Training Sessions will review the basics of the sport to get you prepared for our Team Sessions.
