WEIGHTLIFTING CLASSES

  • $100 for 6 Week Level 1 Weightlifting Cycle

Our 6 Week Level 1 Weightlifting Cycle membership is for the athlete looking to improve the snatch and clean & jerk in their sport of choice. 

  • This is a 6 Week Cycle of 12x 1-hour Classes that are offered Tuesday and Thursday at 6am.

  • Athletes are expected to start the cycle at the beginning.

  • Memberships are for the cycle they purchased ONLY.

  • Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and can not be put on hold.

Please plan on attending all 12 classes to get the most out of this membership option.
