FREE INTRO CLASSES

We offer Free Intro Classes on the weekends. Whether you are interested in Powerlifting (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) OR Weightlifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk), you can get a taste of the sport! PRIVATE ORIENTATION

If you have no experience in weightlifting or powerlifting we recommend that you get started with one of our orientation packages. The Club Orientation Package includes 3 private training sessions AND 3 weeks of our Club Membership. The Standalone package just includes the 3 private sessions.

WEIGHTLIFTING CYCLE

If you are a morning person, this is a great way to get started with learning or perfecting the Snatch, Clean & Jerk. We offer this series of 12 classes every 6 weeks. Sessions are geared towards technique work on the Olympic lifts, and are offered Tuesday and Thursday at 6am. Click below to see shen the next cycle begins.

OPEN GYM and STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES

Looking for place to lift weights in an environment designed to lift weights? We got you covered. Sign up for our Open Gym membership and get unlimited access to our space. This is a great option for those who have their own programming.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am we offer 1 hour classes devoted to general strength training & conditioning. These classes are led by a CSCS certified instructor and includes barbell work, plyometrics, and conditioning.
