Weightlifting is the barbell sport where two lifts are contested: the snatch and the clean & jerk.  This is the only barbell sport that is in the Olympics and is one of the original Olympic sports in the modern Olympic era.  To be successful in the sport of weightlifting an athlete must be strong, fast, and very flexible.  The movements are complex, but with our coaching staff we will get you up to speed in no time!

  • For those curious about the sport and would like to try it, we urge you to sign up for one of our FREE INTRO CLASSES on Sundays at 11am offered with Coach Kaleb.  This is a great way to get a feel for the lifts, and a feel for how we coach them.   

  • For those who know they want to sign up already, but are new to the sport, we recommend our PRIVATE ORIENTATION PACKAGES. Athletes may either choose to do our STAND ALONE - Weightlifting Orientation Package or our Weightlifting Orientation - Club Training Package. Both options include three private training sessions to teach the snatch, clean and jerk. The Club Training Package also includes three weeks of personalized programming and unlimited access to our facility and coaches for training. The Club Training Package will renew as a Club Membership, but may be canceled by emailing us 48 hours before renewal. We just ask that with this, and any Private Training package, that you email us 24 hours to cancel an appointment or you will be assessed a $50 rescheduling fee.

  • For those who are early risers, we offer our 6 WEEK WEIGHTLIFTING CYCLE CLASSES. These classes are offered as a series of 12 classes every 6 weeks. They are offered on Tuesday and Thursdays at 6am. If you are a morning person, this might be the best option for you to get started with the sport! The classes are one hour long and will take you from learning the basics of the snatch and the clean & jerk to a more complete understanding of how to execute these lifts. This is a great option for those looking to get started, but also those who use these lifts in CrossFit, but want a better understanding of how to do them the right way.

  • For those with experience we offer two monthly membership options. If this is your first visit, we urge you to come in on a Tuesday, Thursday or Friday night. This is when Kurt, our head coach for the weightlifting club, will be on staff. He can chat with you about your goals for your lifting and where you currently are as a lifter. This is highly encouraged for those looking to sign up for our Club Monthly Membership. This monthly membership offers personalized programming and meet day coaching. For those with programming, we do offer our Open Gym Membership option. We urge our weightlifting athletes to come in on the evenings of Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday to work with Head Coach Kurt. During the weekend we have Coach Sarah and Coach Kaleb on Sundays. For those who are morning people, Coach Kaleb is available through out the week on 6am to 1pm, Monday thru Friday. With that being said, weightlifters are welcome all times we are open.

  • Athletes who may train somewhere else, or who are just visiting, or are looking for remote coaching, we offer three different options. We offer DAY PASSES for any athlete looking to use our space. We have a 10 CLASS PUNCH CARD that is good for one year. AND we have a REMOTE COACHING OPTION for those looking to get expert weightlifting coaching no matter where they live.
