Our Programs

We offer multiple programs to best fit your performance goals. 

Weightlifting Club
  • Tue: 7pm - 10pm
  • Thu: 7pm - 10pm
  • Sun: 1pm - 4pm
 

We offer individualized programming for our weightlifting club members based on their competition schedule, and stage of development as a lifter.  Our lifters train during the week according to their schedules, BUT we encourage our athletes to train as a team Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons.   Training with a team is essential if you wish to perform your best.   We also provide for our club members coaching at local and national meets. 


Powerlifting Club
  • Mon: 7pm - 10pm
  • Wed: 7pm - 10pm
  • Sat: 1pm - 4pm
 

Powerlifting Club sessions are dedicated coaching hours for our Murder of Crows Powerlifting Club team members. Athletes in this program are provided custom programming tailored to their needs and receive a high level of individual attention while being in a supportive, focused, and communal environment. Training with the club is geared towards attending USAPL meets at the state, regional, and / or national level.



Strength & Conditioning Classes
  • Mon: 6am - 7am
  • Wed: 6am - 7am
  • Fri: 6am - 7am

Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist led classes for those looking to improve their Strength & Conditioning (S&C), but only have an hour to do it.  Each class will feature a barbell strength-building exercise, speed & explosiveness drills, and high-intensity conditioning workouts that will jump start your morning.  Classes are carefully designed and programmed to get you stronger, more explosive, and more athletic.  The best part?  You can start right away - no prior experience necessary.  Classes are small and are meant to challenge both the novice and veteran athlete alike.   


Are you a CrossFitter or athlete looking to increase your explosiveness in the sport you play, but suffers when it is time to perform the snatch or the clean and jerk?  Well, we have a solution for you!  Join our 6 Weeks Weightlifting Cycle for Athletes!  These series of classes will take you from a novice weightlifter to an expert in 6 weeks and 12 classes!  This 6 week cycle will not interfere with your existing fitness routine, whether that be CrossFit or something else.  Classes are one hour long and are offered Tuesday and Thursday at 6am for 6 weeks.  Each class will stress the importance of correct position to maximize the effectiveness of the snatch and clean and jerk.   Click on Membership Options to see more information and when the next cycle starts.

Open Gym

We offer reduced rates for those who are looking for access to our gym, but are following their own programming or our General Programming.   We are an elite training facility that will meet your training needs.  Open Gym members may attend club training sessions, and follow general programming. 


Private Training
 

Private training puts you front and center.  We pair you with one of our coaches depending on your fitness or sport performance goals.  Your coach will work closely with you to help with your strength and conditioning program, but also help direct you with nutrition.  If you are new to lifting free weights and would like to learn, this is a great place to start.  


Remote Coaching
 

For athletes who do not live in Brooklyn, or are unable to lift at the training hall, we offer remote coaching for weightlifting and powerlifting.  You may purchase up to 4 weeks of individualized programing, as well as access to weekly video analysis of your lifts.  You will be in constant contact with your coach who will answer questions about your programming, competition readiness, and nutrition.  Discounts available for those who sign up with automatic renewal.
