CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Our Club Membership package is an autorenewing monthly membership for our Weightlifting and Powerlifting clubs.  With this membership you receive individualized programming based on your performance and fitness goals, and coaching at weightlifting and powerlifting competitions.

OPEN GYM MEMBERSHIP

$200/Month

Our Open Gym Membership package is an autorenewing monthly membership.  With this membership you receive unlimited visits during open hours, access to club training sessions for generalized programming and coaching.

 
Strength & Conditioning Memberships $120 We offer monthly memberships, special 10 packs and one time classes for athletes looking to attend our 1 hour Strength and Conditioning Classes that are offered 6am Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

 Weightlifting Classes $100 - 6 Week Cycle Great membership option for anyone looking to improve their Snatch and Clean and Jerk!  We offer 6 week cycles Tuesday/Thursday mornings and ongoing classes Tuesday/Thursday evenings.

Our 10 pack membership is good for one year, and allows for 10 visits to the gym.  May join club training sessions for general programming.

FREE TRIAL

FREE TRIAL CLASSES Saturday and Sunday at 11am.  Learn about the Sport of Powerlifting on Saturday and the Sport of Weightlifting on Sunday!

COMMUNITY OPEN GYM

Every 1st Sunday of the month, we offer two hours (4-6PM) for our friends in the community to drop in for free.  Please make sure to check our events page to confirm.

REMOTE COACHING

$100 for Four Weeks of Programming (powerlifting)

$75 for Four Weeks of Programming (weightlifting)

For athletes who do not live in Brooklyn, or are unable to lift at the training hall, we offer remote coaching for weightlifting and powerlifting.  You may purchase up to 4 weeks of individualized programing, as well as access to weekly video analysis of your lifts.  You will be in constant contact with your coach who will answer questions about your programming, competition readiness, and nutrition.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Private training puts you front and center.  We pair you with one of our coaches depending on your fitness or sport performance goals.  Your coach will work closely with you to help with your strength and conditioning program, but also help direct you with nutrition.  If you are new to lifting free weights and would like to learn, this is a great place to start.
