Murder of Crows Barbell Club is proud to host their second USA Powerlifting meet the weekend of February 17th-18th. Please review the information below before submitting your application!

Cost:

$80 per athlete. $5 for spectators (full-day pass). Coach or handler gets in for free (maximum of 1 per athlete). We will be selling a meet t-shirt for $20 (pre-order only). Please note that there will be no refunds.

About the Competition:

This will be a raw-only meet (for raw competition standards, please refer to the USAPL guidelines here). Each participant will go through the squat, bench, and deadlift (no bench-only, push/pull options available).

Each participant will go into the Open category. No Master or Junior-specific divisions. Medals will be given to the top three lifters in each weight class.

Competition will be limited to 120 lifters maximum. All 120 athletes will compete throughout Saturday, 2/17/18, and Sunday, 2/18/18. All female athletes and 66kg men will be competing on Saturday, 2/17. All others will be competing on Sunday, 2/18. 

Technical guidelines can be found here, and are encouraged to be reviewed prior to competition. Approved equipment standards (such as belts, wrist-wraps, shoes, and attire) can be found here.

Please note: as this is a USAPL competition sanctioned by USA Powerlifting, there will be drug-testing at this meet.

Please make sure you bring your current USAPL Membership Card and ID with you to this meet. We will NOT be selling USAPL memberships, so please make sure they are current / renewed prior to attending this competition. You may purchase / renew your USAPL Membership here.

12PM - 1:30PM: Weigh Ins

2PM - 5:30PM: All lifters in the PM flight compete

5:30PM - 6PM: Awards (including Best Lifter)
